At Byzantian Interactive, we believe the golden age of open-world RPGs is not behind us, it is on the horizon.

Our team brings together industry veterans who have led AAA open-world projects and new innovators with bold ideas for the future. Together, we are building a game that fuses timeless storytelling with next-generation design.

We have completed a fully functional combat prototype, showcasing the heart of our gameplay. With funding, we will expand into full production and deliver an Early Access release within 18 months, driven by a core team of 15–22 developers.

The Game

Our upcoming title is a premium single-player fantasy RPG with future DLC planned.

Comparable titles include The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, The Witcher 3 and Elden Ring.
While our scope is more contained and focused, it offers the same sense of deep immersion and adventure.

This is not just another fantasy RPG.
Drawing inspiration from J. R. R. Tolkien and European mythology, our vision is to create the true spiritual successor to The Lord of the Rings and Skyrim.
